  • Swedish Massage is a basic relaxing full body massage which may include a variety of massage strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve circulation. Swedish massage also includes a range of motion stretching.  The benefits of this type of bodywork include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, greater flexibility, increased circulation, and releases toxins and tension.
  • Deep Tissue Massage is a deeper and stronger massage that allows me to target sore and overworked muscle groups more effectively.  Deep tissue massage not only helps improve workout recovery time but prevents muscle tension and tightness.
  • Injury Recovery/Sports Massage repairs muscles injured by overdoing exercise or sports. Using a combination of deep tissue, stretching and Swedish massage our massage
therapist will zero in on each zone of distress and release the area of discomfort. Benefits include increased flexibility and prevention of further injury.
  • Prenatal Massage is specifically designed for pregnant women to help relieve common pregnancy discomforts and promote mother and babies well being. Prenatal massage is therapeutic and relaxing which reduces anxiety, relieves muscle aches and joint pain, improves labor outcomes and newborn health, and reduces fluid retention. Prenatal massage can also help labor preparation and release lower back pain and tension.
  • Reflexology is a unique method of using the thumb and fingers to stimulate reflex areas that relate to different parts of the body.  It is a deeply relaxing therapy that stimulates the circulatory and lymphatic systems.  Reflexology also helps release any blockages in the flow of energy around the body encouraging energy flow throughout the body to vital organs.
  • Cupping is an ancient Chinese therapy based on the belief that certain health problems can be caused by stagnant blood and poor energy flow throughout the body. The benefits of cupping are pain relief, decreased inflammation, increased blood flow, relaxation, and well-being. The suction and negative pressure of cupping can loosen muscles, encourage blood flow, and sedate the nervous system (making it an excellent treatment for high blood pressure).
  • Aromatherapy Ritual uses various essential oils to facilitate a feeling of calm, uplifting, energization and decongestion to help alleviate stress and anxiety, depression, insomnia, aches and pains, and menstrual pain.
  • Trigger Point massage therapy releases constricted areas in the muscle to relieve pain and help regain mobility. Similar to deep tissue massage, trigger point may not be relaxing but it can significantly relax your muscles and release tension, often after just one session.
